The Process
How You Make Money with JMK Property Investment
The real estate team uses a 3-step strategy when it comes to the properties in the fund.

Acquire properties
The fund purchases multifamily apartment buildings that are already generating revenue from rents but are in need of improvements. These properties may also rent below market rate.

Value-Add Renovation
We proceed to renovating the units in order to increase the cash flow, ultimately forcing appreciation. We also focus on reducing expenses leveraging for example our expertise in implementing RUBS. This immediately increases the building’s value as well as the rents.

Cash flow
Since all properties are cash flowing from the start, we wait and let the assets further appreciate so we can sell them at a maximum profit.

Distributions
Distributions from cash flow are sent to investors throughout the term of the investment until the final exit.
