What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We’re proud to offer 60 days satisfaction guaranteed. If you hire us and for any reason you’re not satisfied, we will refund you the first two months.

Our pricing varies based on the size of the portfolio and the level of complexity for managing it. We remain competitive in terms of pricing compared to the competition. Although we’re not the cheapest, we do believe we provide the most value for the price we offer.

Our fees range from 5% to 12% of monthly rent for residential, $40 per door for HOA management, with commercial being determined on case by case basis.
